This will secure a tight mold to your teeth.</p><p>6.After 20 seconds, remove the device from your mouth and inspect for a proper mold. lf the mold does not look tight enough with visible teeth marks, you can repeat step 2 through step 5.</p><p>7.If you are happy with your custom mold, fully submerge your device in a bowl of cold water for 15 seconds to allow for your custom mold mouth piece toset correctly.</p><p><span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255)"><strong>Important: </strong></span>This step allows for your device to retain heat,while removing from hot water from the surface of the device, preventing your mouth from being burned.</p><p><br/></p><p></p>
