Valve body. It is a component with external threads at both ends and a hexagonal head in the middle. The upper thread is standard metric thread or American thread, and the lower thread is NPT thread with taper. There is a circular hole with a tapered surface in the center of the upper end surface, which is an oil filling hole, and a circular hole with a covering surface in the center of the lower end surface, which is an outlet for grease to pass into the equipment cavity. The middle hexagon head is the screwing part of the wrench. The inside of the valve body is hollow, which is a channel for the injection of grease. 2. Valve trim. It consists of a steel ball and a spring. When working, the spring is used to hold the steel ball for positioning. When the steel ball is not filled with grease, it acts as the first seal from the inside, so that the grease or gas in the equipment does not leak out. 3. Valve cover. It is a hexagonal, internally threaded cover. There is a conical column with a taper in the upper center of the cover body, and there is a circular hole (oil filling hole) with a tapered surface in the center of the upper end face of the valve body by this conical column, which plays a second sealing role. There are also 2 small round holes on the upper part of the cover body, which are just symmetrical with the conical column in the cover body.
