Adjusting R3 can change the speed of LED flashing, while the music chip drives the buzzer to emit music. In the circuit, resistors R1, R2, R3, and electrolytic capacitor C4 form the RC oscillation peripheral circuit of CD4060. Changing R3 can change the frequency of the oscillation circuit <br/>CD4060 internally performs pulse counting on the oscillation signal, and the counting results correspond to different outputs with different counting values output from pins Q4-Q14. The pin of CD4060 serves as the reset terminal for high-level reset. This circuit selects three output terminals Q5-06. When the pin outputs low voltage, the transistor connected to it conducts, and the LED connected to the transistor emission calibration lights up. When Q5-07 is at a high level, D2-D4 is cut off, forming a high level on RST. The 12 pins of CD4060 input a high level and reset it. After resetting, the output terminals are all 0, making D2-D4 conductive. RST becomes low and starts counting from 0 again.
