Install the thermocouple tip on the plate and fix its position with two nuts</span></p><p><span style="font-family: times new roman; font-size: 20px;">2. Keep the tip about 5mm from the burner hole.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: times new roman; font-size: 20px;">3. Tighten the thermocouple nut M8 on the valve end(please check if your valve end thread is 8mm before purchase)</span></p><p><span style="font-family: times new roman; font-size: 20px;">4. Connect the two flat terminals well with the current tilt switch terminals.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: times new roman; font-size: 20px;">5. Turn on the gas and push the valve for 5-10 seconds until the thermocouple end heats up.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: times new roman; font-size: 20px;">6. Release your hand, it works fine. If it fails, please check: a. Is your thermocouple heated on the flame; b. Is the thermocouple end well connected to the valve c.
