The controller has three frequency signals: high, medium and low, which can be selected with jumper pins. The frequency parameters are approximately:<br />
High: 5.8KHZ-127KHZ<br />
Medium: 590HZ-15.8KHZ<br />
Low: 82HZ-2.3KHZ<br />
PUL+ and PUL- are the positive and negative of the pulse; EN+ and EN- are the positive and negative of the enable terminal; DIR+ and DIR- are the positive and negative of the direction. Connect these 6 lines to the 6 ports of the driver corresponding to pulse, direction and enable respectively. Note that if the start or stop function is to be used, the ENA enable terminal on the controller must be connected to the common cathode or common anode of the driver.<br />
2 sets of power input, 2 sets only need to be connected to one power supply.<br />
One group is powered by DC 15-160VDC.<br />
The other set is 5-12VDC. If it is powered by 5-12VDC, connect the positive power supply to the "5-12V input" and the negative power supply to the "common cathode terminal".<br />
4. The forward and reverse rotation and start and stop of the motor can be controlled through buttons.<br />
5. The speed of the motor can be controlled by adjusting the potentiometer to change the frequency.<br />
6. It turns out that the switches for forward and reverse rotation and start and stop of the motor are ordinary self-locking switches.<br />
