There are three key switches on the board: selection key, confirm key and strong punch key.
The function description of each key is as follows:
u Selection key function:
Press the first button to enter the setting mode;
Press the first button, the English interface starts to flash, if you press the OK key at this time, the English interface is selected;
Press the second time, the Chinese interface starts to flash. If you press the OK key at this time, the Chinese interface will be selected;
Press the third time, the first-stage filter element starts to flash. If you press the OK key at this time, the first-stage filter element will be reset to zero;
Press the fourth time, the second-stage filter element starts to flash. If you press the OK key at this time, the second-stage filter element will return to zero;
Press the fifth time, the third-stage filter element starts to flash. If you press the OK key at this time, the third-stage filter element will be reset to zero;
Press the sixth time, the fourth-level filter element starts to flash. If you press the OK key at this time, the timing of the fourth-level filter element will return to zero;
Press the seventh button, the fifth-level filter element starts to flash, if you press the OK key at this time, the timing of the fifth-level filter element will return to zero;
Press the eighth time, the unit of Celsius starts to flash. If you press the OK key at this time, the unit of Celsius is selected;
Press the ninth time, the Fahrenheit unit starts to flash. If you press the OK key at this time, the Fahrenheit unit is selected;
Press the tenth time, the buzzer mark begins to flash, if you press the OK key at this time, the buzzer will be selected;
Press the eleventh time, the buzzer mark begins to flash, if you press the OK key at this time, the silent mode is selected;
(Note: Silent mode is water shortage, filter overtime use, TDS> = 50, wind buzzer does not sound alarm in three states)
Press the twelfth press to return to the state of pressing the first;
Press the selection key, if you don't press the OK key or the selection key within 5 seconds, you will automatically exit the setting mode;
u OK key function:
Used to determine the setting content selected by the selection key;
The selected settings are automatically saved, and will not be lost the next time you power on;
u Strong punching key: Only in the water making mode, you can press the strong punching key, press the strong punching key, the machine will automatically flush for 90 seconds;
u Chinese character display or English character display, users can set it by themselves, after setting it will be stored and recorded, there is no need to set it again when power on next time;
u The long light of the power mark indicates that the machine is live;
u The long water shortage mark indicates that the raw water pressure of the machine is too low;
u Turning the water making mark indicates that the machine is filtering water;
u The long flashing mark indicates that the machine is backwashing the film;
u The full water mark keeps on indicating that the machine is in the water full standby state;
u The filter life bars 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 indicate the use time of the 5-level filter element, which will be reduced by one grid as time passes;
u The three small 8 characters in the upper right corner are used to display the ambient temperature. The ambient temperature measurement range is 0 ~ 70 degrees Celsius. Two groups of units can be displayed in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit.
u Three large 8 characters in the lower right corner are used to display the TDS value of pure water;
u The bell mark in the lower right corner indicates that the non-silent mode is on, and the silent mode is off, the right user sets;
Control function description
       Flush function
1. When the RO machine is plugged in, the display contents are all lit, the buzzer sounds, and the machine is forced to rinse for 90 seconds after 1 second;
2. Press the strong flush button once in the water-making state, the machine flushes for 90 seconds;
3. Withdraw from flushing for 30 seconds in a state of water shortage;
4. After entering the water full state for 5 seconds, rinse for 10 seconds;
5. When the low-voltage switch is turned off, the water shortage mode is entered;
6. Cumulative water production for 2 hours, automatic flushing for 30 seconds;
7. The flushing mark stays on, the buzzer does not sound, the flushing valve opens, the water pump opens, and the inlet valve opens;
Water shortage
1. In the state of water production or flushing, the low-pressure switch is turned on and enters the state of water shortage;
2. Under the condition of lack of water for 5 seconds, the low-pressure switch is closed and enters the flushing state;
3. The water shortage mark stays on during the water shortage state, the buzzer sounds (non-silent mode), the water pump stops, the water inlet valve closes, and the flush valve closes;
Water full
1. If the high-pressure switch is turned on at the end of the flushing, the water will be full;
2. If the high-pressure switch is turned on during water production, it will enter the full water state;
3. After the water-filled mode is maintained for 5 seconds, the high-pressure switch is still turned on, and the machine enters the flushing state. After 10 seconds of washing, if the high pressure is still turned on, the machine enters the water-filled standby state, and no longer flushes;
4. When the high-pressure switch is closed for 5 seconds, it will exit the water full state and enter the water making state;
5. When the water is full, the water full mark is on, the buzzer does not sound, the pump stops, the inlet valve is closed, and the flush valve is closed;
Water production status
1. If the high-pressure switch is closed at the end of flushing, it will enter the state of making water;
2. When the high-pressure switch is closed for 5 seconds when the water is full, it will enter the water-making state;
3. In the state of water production, the water production mark rotates, the buzzer does not sound, the water pump works, the water inlet valve opens, and the flush valve closes;
TDS description
       TDS is not detected in the flushing state, but the display part still displays the previous value. For example, just after power-on or exiting from the water shortage mode, the display part displays 0; if you press the strong punch from the water production state to enter the flushing state, the display part Display the TDS value obtained in the state of water production just now;
       The TDS value is detected in the state of water production, and the TDS value is displayed;
       The TDS value is detected in the first 10 seconds when the water is full, but not detected in the later period, and the test result in the first 10 seconds is displayed;
       TDS value is not detected under water shortage status, and it displays 0;
       TDS value has been temperature corrected;
       When the TDS value exceeds 50, the buzzer sounds (in non-silent mode), prompting the user that the water quality exceeds the standard, but does not affect any functions such as machine water production;
Temperature description
       The temperature measurement range is 0 ~ 70 degrees Celsius, the error is + -1 degrees Celsius;
Filter life description
       Five timers record the service life of the filter element. The filter life is determined according to the start time of the water pump. Therefore, the time of flushing and water production are counted as the service life of the filter element; automatic storage, power-off data is not lost; the user can manually after replacing the filter element Clear timer
       Five timers correspond to four filter elements and one membrane of the pure water machine; the maximum service life of the filter element is set at the factory and cannot be changed by the user;
       With the passage of time, the service life of the filter element will be reduced one by one. When it is reduced to zero, the buzzer will beep (in non-silent mode) to remind the user that the filter will time out, but it will not affect any functions such as machine water production;
Wiring instructions:
Yellow: low voltage switch
Blue: high voltage switch
Red: flush solenoid valve
Green: booster pump [green regardless of positive or negative]
Black: Inlet solenoid valve
